Canada, USA & Rest of World: Delivery is not available for orders under €200 (minimum order value applies).

Where We Ship

We ship from France to the EU, UK, Switzerland, Middle East, USA, Canada, Australia, and more. Some locations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions on flammable goods (alcohol-based perfumes)—we’re working to expand access as soon as possible.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. During launches and holidays, please allow extra time.
Carriers & Dangerous Goods

Perfume is classified as a flammable good (UN1266). We use carriers/services that accept Limited Quantity / DG (Dangerous Goods) parcels. Some services (e.g., standard postal air) may be unavailable.

Duties & Taxes

Delivery Issues

Damaged-in-transit claims must include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and bottle within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Try-Before-You-Open (Full-Size 50 ML)
Each 50 ML bottle includes a 2.5 ML sample of the same fragrance so you can test it before breaking the factory seal on the full size. Using the included sample does not affect your right to return the unopened 50 ML bottle. If the fragrance is not for you, you may return the full-size product within the legal return window, provided it is new, unused, fully sealed, untampered, and in resaleable condition. Opened, unsealed, or tampered items cannot be returned in accordance with EU hygiene regulations (CRD Article 16(e)).
Return Window
EU Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)
EU customers have:

14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Then 14 additional days to send the goods back.
This right applies only to unopened and factory-sealed cosmetics due to hygiene laws.
Outside the EU
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery under our store policy (this is not a legal right outside the EU).
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The 50 ML bottle must be factory-sealed (security seal intact).

Bottle, cap, atomizer, and packaging must be unused and untampered.
-
Items with broken seals, removed caps, sprays tested, or signs of use are not eligible under the EU hygiene exemption.
Samples and Raw Boosters are final sale and cannot be returned.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
EU Returns

You may return the product at your own cost.

Because perfumes are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG), many carriers do not accept consumer returns.

We can arrange a DG-compliant return label for you and deduct the actual cost from your refund.
-
You may also use your own DG-compliant carrier.
Non-EU Returns

We arrange a paid DG-compliant label and deduct the return cost from your refund.
-
Self-arranged DG returns may not be accepted by international carriers.
Refunds (EU Right of Withdrawal)
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods:

We refund the product price

Plus the cost of our standard outbound shipping option (if any)
If you selected an upgraded or express shipping method, the upgrade fee is not refundable, as permitted under EU law.
Refunds may be withheld until either:

the goods are received, or

you provide proof of return shipment
